Base features the official 1978 date code stamp (// on left, // on right). Beautiful high-polish chrome finish with an incredible, smooth pocket-worn "thumb patina" where the raw brass is naturally peeking through the plating. Original matching insert. Great 1970s character piece! Flint wheel is currently stuck. Sold as-is.
