Great for around your neck when your out on anyone's evening stroll and it's a tad chilly outside. Microwave for 1 minute and 15 seconds, if it's not warm enough then add 30 more seconds. Add more time until it's too your desired temperature. But do not exceed 4 and a half minutes. You can also freeze these for an awesome ice pack affect!
